Alpine Antics is a short animated film of the Looney Tunes series and stars Beans the Cat. The film was shot in black and white but was later reissued in color.

Plot

Beans and Little Kitty are in a sled, riding through the snow. On the way, they found a poster which promotes a money-rich skii contest. Beans was obliged to give it a shot as he puts on his gear. Just then, a large oppressive cougar comes by and hears what Beans is up to. Seeing the small feline as a strong competitor, the cougar takes the skiis off of Beans' feet, and breaks them before walking away. Still wanting to participate, Beans removes the rails from his sled and uses them as replacements for his damaged skiis.

Moments later, the contest begins and all the competitors met at the starting line. Everyone sets off but Beans was slowed down because of a trick employed by the cougar. Nevertheless, the little cat still makes his move and was able to catch up. Despite the cougar's treacherous tricks which knocked most of the contestants out of the race, Beans was quite fortunate not to fall victim. The race continued until only two were left still moving. As they were approaching the end of the track, the cougar unknowingly runs into thin ice and falls into the water below. Beans makes it safely across the finish line and wins the contest.
